When reporting an issue, include:

• What you expected.
• What happened instead.
• Where you were in the app (Calendar / My Inbox / My Tasks / Reviews / Settings).
• Workspace type (personal or organisation).
• Screenshots, if they do not include sensitive data.
• Browser, desktop app version, or operating system when relevant.

Downloads

MONOid is available as a web app and as a desktop app.

Availability and limits

• Web app — Available at app.usemonoid.com.
• Docs — Available at docs.usemonoid.com.
• Desktop app — Available from usemonoid.com/download when a platform has a live release link.
• macOS — The download page fetches the latest macOS release automatically.
• Windows/Linux — Download buttons appear when release URLs are configured.
• Release notes — Published at changelog.usemonoid.com.
• Support path — If your platform is not listed on the download page, use the web app or contact support@usemonoid.com.

Web Application

Use MONOid in your browser at app.usemonoid.com.

The web version provides the core MONOid planning, review, and workspace functionality on modern desktop browsers.

Desktop Application

Download the desktop app from usemonoid.com/download.

The current desktop app package version in the repository is 0.7.0. The download page fetches the latest macOS release from the MONOid release repository and shows only platforms with live download links.

Current packaging targets:

• macOS: Apple Silicon and Intel DMG/ZIP builds
• Windows: NSIS installer when a Windows release URL is configured
• Linux: AppImage or DEB when a Linux release URL is configured

The desktop app provides:

• Native window management
• Persistent authentication sessions
• Deep linking support
• Connectivity handling
• System integration

Release notes and product changes are published at changelog.usemonoid.com.

Installation

After downloading the appropriate installer for your platform:

1. Run the installer
2. Follow the installation prompts
3. Launch MONOid from your applications folder
4. Sign in or create an account to get started

The desktop app will automatically check for updates and notify you when new versions are available.
